Appearence:
Lexi is pretty much the typical sixteen year old girl when it comes to appearances. She stands at about 5’3’’, maybe a bit below average, but she is content with her height. Though, she would have no problem growing a few inches. Being able to reach the highest shelf is always a plus.Picture:
Her natural hair color is light brown, but ever since her third year she has been dying her hair blonde. She greatly prefers the color, choosing different shades of blonde nearly every time she dyes her hair. Simple brown just seems to boring to her. However, now the term ‘dumb blonde’ seems to follow her around, but she doesn’t mind much. It’s just a foolish stereotype, and anyone that knows her knows it isn’t true.
Her hair goes a few inches past her shoulders and she typically wears in down and straight. On rare occasions she will take the time to curl her hair, but she prefers and extra fifteen minutes of sleep to curled hair. Whenever she’s participating in sports or other physical activities, which she does quite often, she pulls her hair up into a high, messy bun.
Her eyes are a simple chocolate brown, and she’s constantly wishing they were a more interesting color. At times she’ll wear colored contacts or charm her eyes to appear a different color, but most days she keeps them their natural brown.
Lexi is fairly slender. Running has always been one of her favorite activities. It’s a great way to stay in shape and gives her a chance to think. She runs long distance, usually a couple miles a day if she has the time. Her constant running keeps her body skinny and the 5’3’’ female weighs about 107lbs.
Celebrity Portrayl: Mandy Moore
Personality:
Lexi is the type of person that is incapable of hiding her emotions. Even when she tries to, her eyes betray her. Just one glance into them and even a complete stranger will know how she is feeling.Likes:
She tends to put problems behind her, thinking that if she avoids them, then they’ll eventually go away. This, however, is not the case. Everything has to be dealt with at some point, and at times everything starts to build up and she finds herself overwhelmed. It’s during times like this that she finds herself running to her friends for help because of the huge amount of stress.
She trusts her friends a lot. Everyone has her trust until they break it by hurting her or one of her friends. She’s much less forgiving if someone hurts a friend than she is if she herself is hurt. Her optimism toward people has caused her to trust the wrong people, which in the end causes her to be hurt, but with the help of her true friends she always manages to get through it.
She’s probably one of the most stubborn people ever. If she truly believes she is right, then it is impossible to get her to back down, unless she is completely proven wrong. If she really believes something, then she puts her entire heart into it. Her stubbornness has caused a few arguments with people. These people seeing it as her needing to always be right, but this isn’t the case, she just feels strongly about her beliefs.
She’s very athletic. Being muggleborn, she knows just about every muggle sport there is, and is extremely interested in them. Two of her favorites are track and tennis. It’s a pity most witches and wizards don’t know much about muggles. Lexi thought about joining the quidditch team, but she soon realized her fear of heights. She’s terrified of flying, though she does attend every quidditch match to support her house. And, of course, she goes all out. Gold and red all the way!

Alexis was the only daughter to Eric and Katrina Hartley. Her mother was a muggle and her father was a wizard. She had two older brothers: Chase who was three at the time she was born and Braiden who was five. Being the baby of the family she was greatly spoiled as she was growing up, however she never really thought so.Family:
She was born in New York, and grew up as a city girl, until her family later moved to England. She was only five at the time, so she has few memories of her time spent in New York, she does however, still consider herself a city girl.
As she was growing up she was close with her brother Chase, since he was the one closest to her age. Braiden was more of her protector than her friend. As they were growing up he was always watching out for his little sister. If she was hurt he always seemed to be the first one there and she loved him for it. When he received his Hogwarts letter when she was six years old she cried for at least a couple of days, however her older, more mature brother assured her that he would be back in a couple months.
During this time she grew even closer to Chase, since Braiden was gone Chase seemed to try to take over the role of protector and friend. And, it worked.
Throughout elementary school she attended the nearby muggle school. One thing her parents made sure was that she didn’t mention magic to the muggles. The child didn’t understand why, however she agreed anyway. She loved school at that time, like many young children do. However she quickly grew out of it. By the time she was in ten years old and in fourth grade she dreaded attending.
It was when Lexi was nine years old that she began to get into tennis. She quickly picked up the sport, and her dad would practice with her quite a bit, since her brothers were both at Hogwarts. The sport one of the things she missed about muggle life.
When her letter finally came in the mail, the eleven year old was extremely excited. She remembered running to her parents screaming and showing them the letter. She would get to attend the school and see her brothers again! Her parents had smiled at their daughters excitement, even though they were sad to see their last child growing up.
With her loud, optimistic personality, Lexi quickly met a few people. Some of these people remained her friend even in her sixth year.
Everyone seemed to be nervous when they put the sorting hat on, but Lexi was excited. She was curious to see what house she would be put into. She remembered giggling at the strange sensation of having a voice seemed to be reaching into your brain. The hat put her into Gryffindor.
After that every day was pretty much typical for a Hogwarts student. She would attend classes and hang out with friends during her free time. School could be overwhelming at time, however Lexi typically dealt with it pretty well. Nothing extremely interesting happened to her throughout her years at Hogwarts. Maybe her sixth year will be different.

She never had any pets because her mother was allergic to anything with fur. Any other type of pet just didn't seem worth having.Other:
